You can request a return in your user profile , you will be contacted as soon as possible after the return request.

If you need to change size or product, please provide more information in the notes.
As soon as we receive the return in our warehouse, we will ship the exchange or issue a refund.
You can ship to the following address: Via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122) and no further costs will be deducted.
NB: Please inform the courier of your opening and closing times (10:30 - 12:30 / 14:30 - 19:00). Shipping via Poste Italiane and SDA is not recommended. All products marked "end of line"* are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
In case of refund on payment method, shipping costs will also be deducted , Also if the free shipping threshold of €75 is no longer met.
Example: I independently ship the return of all products for a total of €100, I receive a refund of €100 minus the shipping costs incurred by Saveone for shipping the order (in Italy from €5.00).
If you're unable to ship your order yourself, you can use our home collection service or a GLS courier collection point, available in Italy and Europe, for a fee. You can request this by contacting us or by adding a home collection request in the notes section . You'll then receive all the instructions via the email address you registered when placing your order.
Example: I request a return of all products for a total of €100 and a collection of the return via Inpost, I receive a refund of €100 minus the shipping costs incurred by Saveone for shipping the order. (in Italy from €5.00), minus the return collection costs (in Italy from €5.00).
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery You can return one or more items and choose to receive a replacement or exercise your right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return/refund request.
The right of return and withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
- Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
" Credit " (credit in your customer account equal to the amount of your order which allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);
" Refund " (you will receive the amount relating to the individual products purchased, using the payment method used when placing the order).
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our premises, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
The customer is always responsible for the return handling costs , as indicated above, unless they received a defective product. In this case, once the defect is confirmed, no costs will be charged.
Please remember that all products in orders are pre-checked and photographed before being processed.
Gift cards and account credits cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Return at Saveone physical store
If you wish, you can return one or more products from your online order to our physical store, according to the rules valid for the online store.
Credits and refunds in Europe
In the case of in-store credit , the return management costs will be entirely borne by Saveone: neither shipping costs nor return collection costs will be deducted from the total value of the voucher.
Example: I return all products totaling €50, and receive a credit to my account totaling €50.
In the event of a refund request , both shipping costs and the costs of any return collection will be deducted.
Example: I return all the products for a total of €100, I receive a refund minus the shipping costs that I would have had to pay when ordering (in Italy from €5.00), as well as any possible withdrawal (in Italy from €5.00).
In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €75, the shipping costs will be deducted.
Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €60, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order. (in Italy from €5.00).
Credits and refunds abroad (outside the European Union)
In the case of in-store credit , the customer will take care of the return shipping, but the total value of the voucher will not be reduced by the shipping costs initially incurred by Saveone.
Example: I return all products totaling €50, and receive a credit totaling €50.
In case of a full refund request, the shipping costs will be deducted by Saveone.
Example: I return all products totaling €100 and receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.
In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €150, the shipping costs incurred by Saveone will be deducted.
Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €100. I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.
We provide a paid return collection service only in Europe, therefore outside of Europe you will have to independently organize the return shipment to Saveone Srl, in via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122) . As soon as we receive the package in our warehouse, we will ship the exchange or refund.
NB: For returns originating outside of Europe, to avoid paying additional duties on the return, declare "returned goods, re-importation duty-free," meaning the return of previously exported goods for which the customer has already paid customs duties. Otherwise, the customs duties will be deducted during the refund process.
Other non-refundable products:
Gift Cards, In-store Credit, Books, Grooming Products.
In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
- If the order is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
- the order was returned more than 14 days after delivery.
*The right of withdrawal does not apply to products marked as "End of Series", i.e. "Out of Production" items , as they are sold under special conditions and with limited availability ( Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
These items are offered at heavily discounted prices and are considered final sales . Therefore, no returns, replacements, or refunds are permitted unless the product is defective or not compliant with the order , as required by Article 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The wording "End of Series" will be clearly indicated on the product sheet before purchase confirmation.
